The easiest way to find customer and receipt numbers is to look at the emails sent by Ampersat.net. You can also find customer and receipt numbers online:

Go to https://Hosting.Ampersat.net
Log on to your account (or create a new account)
Click on "My Account" (near the top of the page)
- Customer Number is displayed immediately below your name.
- Receipt Numbers are displayed in Order History (available from the Account Settings menu at the top of the page).
